insert installation dvd ==> choose repair windows ==> choose advace setting ==> choose command promt then type the following : copy c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\ enter then type: copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe then restart your pc when on login screen hit the Shift key 5 times, and you’ll see an administrator mode command prompt.then type : net user Sothea Van NewPassword after that you can login using your NewPassword
